bek3 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bek3 website located at bek3.io ("Platform"), including all associated services, features, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and support channels (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the bek3 Platform, whether registered or not.

By accessing bek3.io, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not have been previously excluded from the bek3 Platform for any reason, including prior account suspension or self-exclusion.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. bek3 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the bek3 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited at bek3's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bek3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. bek3 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. bek3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• The account appears to be operated by an automated system, bot, or script;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require such action.

You may request closure of your bek3 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after satisfactory identity checks.

bek3 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by account region and verification status.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account within seconds of a confirmed transfer. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak processing times. bek3 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account, subject to bek3's verification requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if additional identity verification is required.

bek3 is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Any disputed transaction must be reported to bek3 support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.

bek3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, including age verification and account standing requirements.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• bek3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Where there is any ambiguity or dispute regarding the application of a bonus, bek3's interpretation of its own promotional terms shall be final and binding.

All bets placed on the bek3 sportsbook and all wagers in the bek3 casino and games section are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, event, and game. General rules applicable across all bek3 products include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. bek3 is not obligated to cancel or amend a bet at the request of the player after confirmation, except where an obvious error has been made by bek3.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, bek3 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Odds, markets, and game outcomes are determined in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport or game type. bek3's rulings on all matters relating to bet settlement are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These may vary by product, event, or individual account and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live betting and in-play markets are subject to delayed acceptance. bek3 reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation systems. bek3 does not manipulate game results. All game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as specified by the game provider.

Cricket betting on the bek3 platform covers events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Abandoned or postponed matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bek3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on the basis of insider information, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the Platform.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies across markets in a manner that constitutes professional arbitrage activity rather than recreational betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register, access, or use the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bek3 account.

• Use bek3 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised.

Any unauthorised use of bek3 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bek3.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bek3 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service;
• Losses caused by technical errors, system failures, or network outages affecting bet placement or settlement;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security;
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

bek3 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular functionality will remain unchanged. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bek3 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and to resolve technical issues promptly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by bek3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the bek3 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, bek3 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the bek3 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bek3 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladeshi market and users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Any formal dispute between you and bek3 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of a competent court, as determined by applicable law. bek3 makes no representation that the Platform or any content thereon is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary between jurisdictions and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the bek3 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. bek3 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
